Toolhaus Privacy Policy

What Toolhaus Collects
Tool input
When you use a tool on Toolhaus, your input is sent to our server for processing. The result is returned to your browser. Your input is never logged, stored, or retained after processing. We do not read it, analyze it, or share it with anyone.
Server logs
Our infrastructure records standard HTTP log data: the HTTP method, URL path, response status code, and request duration. We do not log request bodies, IP addresses in persistent form, or any content you submit to tools.
Local storage
If you set a theme preference (light/dark), that preference is saved in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand traffic patterns (e.g., which tools are used most). Any analytics in use do not track individuals, do not use cookies, and do not share data with advertising networks.
What Toolhaus Does Not Collect
- No user accounts — no name, email, or password
- No cookies (other than any technically required for session routing — no tracking cookies)
- No advertising tracking pixels or social media embeds
- No request body logging
- No personally identifiable information of any kind under normal use
Third-Party Services
Toolhaus is hosted on Fly.io. Fly.io receives standard network-layer data (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of infrastructure operation.
We do not embed third-party widgets, analytics SDKs from advertising companies, or social media trackers.
Advertising
Toolhaus is currently ad-free. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before any ad network is activated, and you will be notified via this page's effective date.
Data Retention
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, typically 30 days or less. No user-submitted tool data is retained.
Children's Privacy
Toolhaus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
Because we collect no personal data under normal use, there is typically nothing to retrieve or delete. If you have a specific concern, contact us at jbonds@redriot.io and we will respond promptly.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
